Schedule an Appointment

Welcome. This scheduling page includes three types of appointments designed to meet different needs. Some services are funded through community grants, while others are available through my private practice. The descriptions below will help you determine which appointment is right for you.

If you already know which service you're looking for, simply select the appropriate appointment below. If you're unsure where to begin, schedule a Community Recovery Support Appointment, and we'll help determine the most appropriate next step together.

Community Recovery Support

Complimentary | Kerr Together Emotional & Spiritual Care Program

Who is this for?

Community Recovery Support appointments are available for individuals, families, caregivers, first responders, volunteers, clergy, and other community members affected by flooding or disaster recovery in Kerr County and surrounding communities.

What to expect

These complimentary appointments provide emotional support, spiritual care, education about common stress and trauma reactions, resource navigation, care coordination, referrals, and guidance for next steps based on your individual circumstances.

This is the best place to begin if you have been affected by a disaster, are unsure what kind of support you need, or would like assistance connecting with available community resources and services.

Please Note

Community Recovery Support appointments are not Clinical Spiritual Counseling or psychotherapy. If ongoing counseling is recommended, we'll discuss available options, including grant-funded services (if eligible), private Clinical Spiritual Counseling, or referrals to other trusted community providers.

Grant-Funded Clinical Spiritual Counseling

For Approved Grant Participants

Who is this for?

Grant-Funded Clinical Spiritual Counseling is available only for individuals who have been referred to or approved through a participating grant-funded program.

What to expect

Clinical Spiritual Counseling is a professional helping relationship that integrates emotional support, spiritual care, practical problem-solving, and evidence-informed approaches to help individuals navigate grief, trauma, life transitions, disaster recovery, burnout, anxiety, moral injury, church hurt, caregiver stress, and other significant life challenges.

Services may include:

  • Initial Clinical Spiritual Counseling Assessment

  • Individual counseling sessions

  • Approved counseling packages based on program eligibility

Please select this option only if you have already been approved or referred through a participating grant-funded program.

Private Clinical Spiritual Counseling

Self-Pay Services

Who is this for?

Private Clinical Spiritual Counseling is available for adults seeking personalized support for grief, trauma, anxiety, burnout, spiritual distress, moral injury, church hurt, caregiver stress, disaster recovery, life transitions, relationship challenges, and other significant personal or spiritual concerns.

What to expect

Clinical Spiritual Counseling integrates emotional support, spiritual care, practical problem-solving, and evidence-informed approaches to help you navigate life's most difficult circumstances while identifying meaningful next steps for healing and growth.

All new private clients begin with a Clinical Spiritual Counseling Assessment. Following your assessment, we'll discuss recommendations and determine the most appropriate plan of care, which may include individual counseling sessions, counseling packages, referrals, or other supportive resources based on your needs and goals.

Insurance Information

Private Clinical Spiritual Counseling services are self-pay. Upon request, documentation or a superbill may be provided for clients who wish to inquire with their insurance carrier about possible out-of-network reimbursement. Coverage, eligibility, and reimbursement are determined solely by your insurance provider and cannot be guaranteed.

Not Sure Which Appointment to Schedule?

That's completely okay.

If you're uncertain where to begin, schedule a Community Recovery Support Appointment. During that conversation, we'll discuss your concerns, determine which services best meet your needs, and help connect you with the most appropriate next step—whether that's community resources, grant-funded Clinical Spiritual Counseling (if eligible), private Clinical Spiritual Counseling, or another trusted provider.

You don't need to know exactly what you need before scheduling. We'll help you figure that out together.

Choose the appointment or package that fits what you need right now. Sessions are available virtually and in person in Hill Country Texas.
